One fee, paid at booking: €34.99 for a phone consultation, €39.99 for video (€39.99 and €44.99 for a Performance & Stage Anxiety Consultation). Here is exactly when it comes back to you.
Cancelling
More than 6 hours before
Full refund. Cancel from your patient portal (the link is in every booking email) or by emailing support@oladoc.ie. No reason needed.
Within 6 hours
No refund. By then a doctor’s time is set aside for you and can’t be offered to anyone else. You can still reschedule from your portal if a later time is free.
After it starts
No refund. Once the doctor has called you or you have joined the video room, the consultation is delivered — whatever the outcome, including if the doctor advises you to be seen in person.
If things go wrong on our side
The doctor can’t attend
We’ll offer the next available time with any OlaDoc doctor, or a full refund — your choice.
Technical failure
If the video room fails and the doctor can’t complete the consultation by phone instead, you get a full refund or a free rebooking.
Charged but not booked
If a payment goes through without a confirmed booking, tell us and we refund it in full, straight away.
If we can’t reach you
The doctor will call the number you gave more than once during your appointment window. If there is no answer, the consultation is treated as delivered and is not refundable. Please check your number at booking and keep your phone close — calls may come from a withheld or unfamiliar number.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. You’ll get a refund confirmation by email.
Reschedule instead?
You can move a booking to another free time from your patient portal at no cost, as long as your appointment hasn’t started.
